Hello everyone, just found this site today while looking for Enfield rifle info for a friend from another board!  Happy to be here.I didn't do this myself, I purchased the rifle this way from a shop in Tampa. I paid pennies for it too. I have used this in a few films as well, which is why it has the OD sling on there. It's been on duty as a zombie killer for a while now.     ------------- Thanks for all the fish! |

Nice piece there, looks like it was done by an expert. I have a Santa Fe conversion that I'm very pleased with as well. Good job look forward to seeing for of this.

Before anybody gets ideas about making their own you cut the point off a fmj and there's a chance you'll leave the jacket in the barrel and screw your rifle up. G'Day & welcome to the mad House ! In my very misspent youth! We used to take,MKV11 ammo & cut the first !/8 off the tip to DUM-DUM em ! There were chaps though who would take up to a 1/4 of the nose & when they fired the first shot the jacket would lodge in the throat of the barrel & the core would procceed ! The next shot ........Well ? It was'nt pretty ! Our other habit was to buy .22 ammo, as Solids were $00.80 per box & Hollow Points were $1.10 per box ! It was alway Solids!!!!! We'd cut a cross in the Slug right to the cae mouth & these were quite effective ! Dave |
