 I believe this is a Pat'44 Bayonet frog, #154 in the catalog, but it may be a later one possibly because of the date.Markings as I read them: ^ 75 (inverted) C.P. L.W. ^ 16 A.F. 0261 where theres a Exponentiation sign is a Broad arrow. I've looked in several places including karkee web but cant find that maker anywhere.
