Has anyone had trouble with the Lee collet neck sizing die not sizing the case neck properly?

I had mine get a bit sticky, but that was after several thousand resizing cycles.  Just needed to be disassembled, cleaned and lightly lubed.

I don’t know how many rounds my 303 British die has had through it as I bought it second hand but I have hardly used it. The trouble I am having is that it doesn’t squeeze the neck tight enough. But let me experiment a little with it a bit.
