I think I still have a box of that HXP somewhere.  It shot fairly decently IIRC.

If it’s hot here in ATL, it’s got to be really hot where you are MJ.

We aren't getting the heat but man the humidity here is awful. You walk outside and feel like you're trying to breath underwater. I'm hoping to get out in the morning to put some rounds downrange.

It is supposed to peak at 116 today. I do not want to go out either but I promised my oldest daughter that I would help her with some stuff today...

im not going to complain , high 80s but the humidity was down some so tolerable , we are getting T-storms off and on , the lightening shut down the range for a bit this afternoon but most went south and north of us today

Just found out the local indoor range was open for two days then the Governor closed them again.

We have a couple of indoor pistol ranges here but they lack all semblance of what an actual open air range entails.

I can wait for the actual range to open...

This is when I am glad to have my own range, although the public range in Watertown is available should I want to use it. Got to love South Dakota! Wink

Our monsoon season has arrived.  Doubt that I will be doing any shooting for awhile now. No rain yet however...

FFinally an almost local range opened. I made an on line reservation showed up an hour early and when my time was called I was told I had to share the position with another shooter. So I had two #4t rifles and he had four.

Think about the logistics of sharing that position for an hour. I had 80 rounds of PPU and fifty 1976 HXP to test after zero.. Not to mention setting up my spotting scope and walking out to set targets.l

I gave the other shooter my time for the range fee and went to In And Out Burger and drove the fourty miles home. Sad because I didn't get to compare the new rescue 1945T to my 1942T. Thank goodness the BGF HAD SOME new yoga pants. I could watch her mow the lawn and was my car while I pouted.
