he!!o folks.
Thank you for allowing aboard.
Down in NZ, Enfield's are thick on the ground, can't take a step without tripping over the things.
Oddly enough, I've owned only two in fifty years.
The latest was purchased a couple months ago, an 1896 MLE.
Already blooded it.

Such fun......

Big 'Howdy' from Texas Drax!  I've got a former Kiwi M.L.E. in my collection that was originally a civilian purchase, then taken on strength by New Zealand, then sold out of service, eventually rebarreled at Lithgow and now resides in the U.S.  If only it could speak.

I spent a month on the South Island, and a few days on Stewart Island in 2002. Loved it.
