in the year of my wifes birth the island fell to a communist dictator that enslaved his population for decades now , it seems that the tide is turning as it always does on that communism , the predictions are they will fold soon ,

i for one would love to see this - perhaps the young anong us that are embracing communism will get to see what they have wishes for 0- its not pretty and its not the utopia they seem to think it is , its brutal and cruel to those that live under it ,

we cannot pretend that there were not dead trying to resist it either , we allowed the bay of pigs , we have responcibility here but the castro government killed a lot more than that , and there are still more suffering and dying there because of his followers

all came to mind as im wayching "the mirror" on the twilight zone tonight - yes thats TV , but its so true to life
