but very little rain so far ! My Little Brother is Sewing Wheat for all
his worth & is trying to get me to take a turn on the Tractor !!!!
AS far as I'm concerned there is a Brown snake living in the cab of
that Machine !!!! So I'm not taking any chances ! Plus the fact I'm

So that tells me you live north or south of me where all our rain has been going.As for the twisters I don't miss them and have watched many of them, lol even 3 tryin to get the hay in before the rain.If this weather keeps up I won't be in Kansas any more cause it'll dry up and blow away! Itty Dave

Can't use the empty beer bottles, mate! We get .10 P on every one! thats $2.40 p/case.A new case costs $35.90. it takes me a whole 3 days to get a free one!!!

I personaly did not encounter the Tracy tornado. The tornado I lived through was the storm of '98. Unfortunately I could find nothing of it on the internet. I do remember my father talking about the Tracy Tornado though and given the lack of info on the other one I decided to subsitute. The storm of '98 is still disputed as to wether it was straight line winds or an actual tornado. But When there is a swath through the woods 100FT wide of heathly trees laying every which direction, My mind is made up. This same storm system covered almost the entire centeral part of this state. ------------- I've seen the future and I don't like it. |

My best friend took a direct hit from one.He always said, Man-I'd like to see a tornado close up.We used to drive to Fla every Marc.One year we were gettin reports of Twisters on the radio.S'posed to be right where we were-but we couldn't see it.When we came over the hill on I-75 southern Kentucky we were greeted with quite a sight.Twister was gone-but it left alot of people's lives scattered across the highway & fields, as far as the eye could see.Still didn't see a twister.
But 98, he was in Dwight Ontario -way up-just ouside Algonquin park.It came thru the forest, across the lake, & hit the cottages in the middle of the night.Walls ripped out, 150 yr old trees down, cars crushed.They were trapped there for 5 days before crews could get in.
