got a bear 3 days ago with my 303, adds up to 4 bears i have got with it in the past couple years now, i used 150 grain federal powershok on this one it was about 50 or so yards away, one shot through the lungs, it went 30 yards and dropped, didnt even kick

Great, wish we could Bear hunt down hear. had one show up in the back yard a few years back, all i had at the time was the 12 gauge and it was # 7 1/2 shot. didnt want to make him mad with that size shot and its a $100,000 fine for shooting a Bear down hear and some time in the pin, i think it may even be federal im not shure though. might get to see him this year if he is still arround, we put some buck lixs out and its veary sweet, Red neck said if he is still hear he is gonna be hanging around or tearing down the drip bottles. the ground is very soft so we should get to see some tracks real good.
