is it ok just to load the bullets in the mag. w/o the stripper clip (charger) as i do not have any. i did not know it used a charger since the mag. is removeable , and not like my SKS, with a fixed mag. the first and only time i shot it (20 RDS.) I loaded it just like any other magazine , thanks, bophi.

You don't have to use a charger, though when you get the urge to try a Mad Minute you will have to master the charger.  Try to avoid taking the mag out a lot. The rifle was intended to be loaded with chargers. The mag is to be removed for cleaning, unecessary removal can lead to the dreaded
"excessive wear of parts" in military jargon

You can load single rounds into the magazine while it is still in the rifle. Just make sure to start them off towards the front of the action & push down & back when passing through the action into the magazine so that the rims align correctly & you won't get jams.

I have a scope fitted to mine & so I cant use chargers & this works for me without abusing the magazine lips.

From your other post you can't use chargers anyway as the charger bridge is gone from your rifle. You can load one at a time through the open action with no problems as long as you remember this trick.
Start the round a little (1/4" or so) to far forward, then push down & back together. This lets the rims sit correctly so they won't jam when feeding. Once you have all your rounds loaded into the magazine through the action just "jiggle" them a couple of timees to let them get seated well & you're GTG.
