Is there a simple way to add, or turn on a "quote" button to the laundry list at the top of the "new reply to thread" dialog box?
I ask because I sometimes want to quote just a line or sentence from an earlier post I'm replying to, but don't need to quote the whole post, just a part of it. Currently the only way I can figure out is to italicise the copied text then put quotes round it so it stands out from the reply.

Good question, Shamu. I'm not sure, so I'll ask and see if there's a solution for that.

Thats what I do, but it doesn't stand out like some other forums where there is a whole quote box added.

Only edit between the two quote notations and it will retain the quote
