every time i see the beech in your photos i get this urge to come visit , i just got home from a safari club international wild game feed - ate well , nice hunting and reminiscing conversation , a couple cute gals that were fun to talk to , and then we all left to go home - its a blizzard out there and its about -8 degrees F , may actually be -10 by now , we are expecting 4-6 inches of snow overnight and more in the morning , SO......
have you got a spare room and how do you feel about long term guests ?

Summer and your nine degrees above the equator and the cooler is at 9C plus the beer is thick and dark with a rich flavor and brewed to do this. I can't help it if you don't get it. ;)

I like stout beer, But I never tried it over ice. If you like it that way, more power to you! I'll give it a try next summer when it is 90+ degrees outside.

CACIQUE, Guaro in a frozen glass.
Sugarcane liquor a local treat
You must understand the temp is a dry 40C so not only does it keep the beer cold longer, just sitting on the bar or in a glass warms the beer to fast, your get more hydration. Beer drinker seldom take enough water so this cools you down and you can have a few more refreshing beers. Again nine degrees above the equator.

i preferred - back when i was drinking beer rather than enjoying it - dinkleaker , but if i could find a case i would buy it for old times sake , ive even bought a six pack of red stripe in the past for that reason ,
my father told me once that all beer was great when you had none and wanted one , he developed that attitude in 44 on saipan when the only thing they got was what was flown in from austrailia in the bombbay of their B-29s

LOL!!!! A-Square , that was yesterday for me! I was helping Son in Law to spread dirt for their house, Well no one went to town for Beer!! So I had to drink the Coors Light that a friend left in the ice box New Years Eve !!! Drank a few of them but I was starting to feel bad, Started coming down with a cold. So that may be why I was able to stomach that weak beer !!!!

Central America has a long history of brewing rich beers starting in 1917. But don't blindly condemn something you have not tried.

Old joke there is that German import beers are the coldest beers in town because they spend months in the cooler because nobody buys them but the tourists.

You can also just load a "00" buckshot pellet over a light charge of a suitable pistol powder for a free low power alternative. The darn thing is almost silent as well.
