I'd like one of those for my LE tool kit! Paddy, how hard would it be to change out the bad mirror?

It was a gift my Grandfather gave me in box of souvenirs of his life in the military.

I do not think getting it out would be a issue but finding a replacement would be impossable.

Is the mirror front silvered?
Or is it more like a "normal" mirror where the reflections come from behind the glass?

Actually does anyone here know how to tell?Big smile

Any good glass works ought to be able to make you one by copying the original. They have the wet sanders & so on to do such things.
