In case anyone was concerned (like I was), I've checked on our erstwhile member (Ed Hill) in California.
He & his are not in the danger zone. He is safe.
Its a damn shame whats happening there.
I can't imagine ever dealing with that.
I watched the governor on 60 minutes last night. He made a few good points.

hope not - good thing , not a lot of collector firearms in california i think , if wrong let me know , i wish them all the very best ,

Sorry to be late to the party... There are lots of collectable firearms in the PRK, it's anything that's not over 50 years old that is tough to own!  

The governor is old and crotchety. He used to be liberal but made some good choices, now he is using his last term in office to stick it to the conservatives. He just pardoned two resident aliens of felonies, preventing ICE from deporting them...
