Looking for leads on either of these projects:

Any one have a lead on a gunsmith that can convert the floor plate etc to accept a detachable box magazine similar to Remington or Winchester?  Seems like it would not be too difficult as stock inner box may act as a liner for the box magazine.

Also was told that a kit is available to convert bolt from cocking on close to cocking on bolt opening.

Any one know much about this?   Hoping for answers.

Hi Skipph, these guys http://www.soundmetalproducts.com/ were rumoured in another forum to be doing a run of Enfield bottom metal, nothing mentioned since January, maybe everyone got hardup. Not sure where you are but Dayton Traister do cock on opening kits, I think that Brownells &/or Midway carry them,

Duane Wiebe is one of the principles of the company & a well respected gunsmith. I'm sure you can find other stuff of interest to browse.LOL
