Have to start checking all the spike bayonets at the shows for now on. You never know what strange stuff I will find in North Carolina.

Always looking for military manuals, Dodge M37 items, books on Berlin Germany, old atlases ( before 1946) , military maps of Scotland. English and Canadian gun parts.

"Strange stuff"?? You mean stranger than you? I've heard NORTH Carolina is full of strange things...no wonder SOUTH Carolina distances themselves!

Nice find with an inspected Singer Bayonet No. 4 Mark II they are unusual.  Besides the Mark I and II bayonets made by Singer you can sometimes find the Enfield inspector's engraving on Singer cocking pieces.  As far as I have found in my research his inspections did not continue when Singer transitioned over to N67 marked bayonets, but that might just be because I have not found one yet.
