   Does anyone have these tools I could use ? I have an in-letting project for a fat barrel MKII #4

There are several versions of this in-letting tool with out the front knob.

It is a really fat 7.62 barrel.

	You'll probably have to make the tools to do the job. To correct some issues in my no1MkIII* fore end; I used a suitable diameter pieces of broom handle that I glued different grades of sand paper. However I suspect for the amount of material you have to remove; that method may be a little bit labour intensive!

	I used a deep well socket to simply wrap different grit sand paper around. Labor expended was minimal.

	What is the diameter of the barrel you are looking to hog it out for? The tools come in different sizes to cut channels for different diameter barrels.

	I use a tool just like the first one pictured but its the Gunline Jr. model. It came with a number of disc diameters and some extra rubber discs. It's a go -to tool for bedding barrel channels. The main difference, is that it doesn't have the forward knob for the extra grasp. Works like a champ and will remove a lot of wood quickly, but most importantly it does it in a controlled manner. One of those Jerry Fisher scrapers is an excellent tool as well. Using one of those, allows a long straight pull from breech area to muzzle when your near final bedding. The Gunline works well too but being able to hold the scraper just between thumb and forefinger gives additional dexterity for near finish work.
