Nice!
MJ can you let me know what is the thread size of the front sight screw?
I'm thinking it might be a 4BA; based on me thinking the ejector screw is 6BA.
But I could be wrong on both !

Sorry I only have metric and standard inch pitch gauge blades.
I say the sight clamping screw is larger in diameter.

The L42A1 extractor was the big score. Part of the restoration of #4 MK2 7.62X51 in progress. The grub screw is for the 1945 #4T rebarrel. I have a bag of new front sight blades for zeroing the rifle and a good spare original #32 scope and bracket.

Next I will be organizing the original wood for the T and the new set for the MK 2.

Slow but steady progress marches on.

Thanks for confirming the screw thread Goosic.
MJ; I'm looking forward to see the progress on your projects.
