I see that the media is talking a lot about the possibility of the oil price going too high and being bad for the economy.
They have their priorities wrong! I think putting up with high gasoline prices is worthwhile, if it means our kids can grow up in a world with less terrorism. The long term benefits for the civilized world outweigh the temporary inconvenience. It is essential that the USA finishes the job properly in Iran. The oil price affects all countries, and China, being the biggest Iranian customer will be hoping for a quick solution . I wonder what communication is going on between Washington and Bejing? Trump is doing what the USA should have done years ago.

Short term pain for long term gain is well worth going through to rid the world of the radical Islamic Death Cult regime in Tehran. The bootlickers in the leftist mainstream media and the quislings in the democrat party are doing everything in their power to paint this in a bad light and have multi pronged attacks ongoing against President Trump.

The real telling part about the current operation, and the part the media is ignoring, is that the vast majority of the gulf nations are fully against Iran. All we get here is more of the same "Trump bad!" crap from the usual suspects.

If they love their children, they should welcome the fact that Trump has decided to get rid of probably the biggest or terrorist organisation on the planet.
It will make the the world a safe place. I would add, that or planned vacation in the Emirates is still on for late spring. We'll be visiting some old friends and enjoying some sunshine. Hoping that the flights won't be disturbed!

I was working in Riyadh when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. The build up of the American forces from August to January was impressive.
Then I was in the UAE when the second Gulf war kicked off. We are waiting to see how the third one develops, but expect the missile threat to be over by then. Unless Russia get involved!

i extepct it to get better but it might take a little while - isnt it interesting that these prices are not as high as biden era yet but we just dont seem to remember , it will level off and go back down eventually

i believe it will soon as we get things on track in iran , but the people of iran need to reject the current theocracy - no more sponsoring terror , no more nuclear bomb development , no more repression of women , become contributors of the world economy and their own

We're learning valuable lessons about the 21st century battlefield from this conflict which should keep us in good stead when things get kinetic with China, North Korea, or Russia. It's too expensive to keep expending missiles worth millions to stop drones worth $20k - 30k so we need to learn from the Ukrainians who developed anti-drone drones that only cost $1,200 each. That and we must finish developing directed energy weapons both microwave and laser to protect our high dollar assets and servicemen.
On another note it's been reported in the news that the Dep't of War is considering sending a Marine Expeditionary Unit to Iran, something I hoped we wouldn't have to do. Iranian citizens should rise up themselves but can't because they have no 2nd Amendment rights so no weapons. We'd be smart to start air-dropping mini packets of M4's with spare mags and 1,000 rounds of ammo each to give the assholtollahs a little taste of American freedom 55 grains at a time.

President Trump is a genius and the world's greatest proponent of freedom......and the Left can't stand it because the expansion of individual freedom interferes with their implementing 'The Great Reset' which the elites discussed in Davos, Switzerland at The World economic Forum in 2021. Under the "Great Reset" the world would be run by globalist elites while we, the poor peons would own nothing and better be happy about it else your low Social Credit score gets you kicked out of the more desirable housing block.

seems we have done what sapper suggested and are using lazers in space to take out drones , , we also took out that island in the straight that was irans main hub , we should keep that to protect the straight for oil traffic
