Overall, I liked the movie.

There are some glaring errors, the trenches appear too new and in places under constructed.  This trench line ran from theBelgian coast to Switzerland, and had been there in the region of Arras, France for a long time. Nice to see all the new Mark III rifles, tho.  I was on the look out for any rifle that had a volley sight on it, however didn’t see any.  Front bayonet bosses were varied, however there were too many webb slings on the rifles.  Interesting to see the kits the Brits had.  The no-mans-land scenes would have been accurate as far as I’d have read...

I’m no military historian, however the “Battle of Arras” (which is what I think this was...) lasted over a month.  I couldn’t find any mention or account of the battle details, as represented in the movie plot, in my readings about it.

However, I did enjoy the movie, and I stayed up till 0030 watching it to the end.
