Why Canada

I hear ya, it's sad what's happened to Canada.  While I was growing up in in the Fifties, Sixties, and Seventies it was still expected that young men should be familiar with firearms and opportunities to learn to shoot abounded.  I saw the writing on the wall when the Conservatives under Brian Mulroney stabbed his supporters in the back by passing more stringent gun control, I believe it was Bill C16 back in the Eighties.  I remember the Minister of (In)Justice Kim Campbell blathering on the Communist Broadcasting Corporation about how she "knows she speaks for all Canadians when the Conservatives call for stricter gun control" and "There's no legitimate sporting use for semi-automatic firearms".  When I got out of the Canadian Forces I knew it was high time to get outa Canada.  I was very fortunate to meet a wonderful Texas gal whom I courted and married.  We've been happily married now for over twenty years, I became a U.S. citizen in 2010 and thought everything was right and good in my world.  Then came the Obama Error and the Dems set out to sow divisiveness among Americans and history is now repeating itself.  There is a very strong and popular TEXIT movement here in Texas, western counties in Oregon want to become part of Idaho, and our cities are turning into 3rd world s***holes.  Everything the Left touches it destroys.
