duncan - do you really have snow ? we are not expected to get any of consequence between now and the blessed day , im of a very quadried mind in that , i would love to see it ...but not happy to deal with it ,

Yes it did seem to pass rather quickly !!! Seems I have not finished any work on my house and now Im at the end of the year with nothing complete ...and Im sitting here noticing the Wife did not put up Her X-mass tree !!! now that is alarming !! She never fails to put up her tree ......

OK , My Xmass consisted of the inlaws and my baby brother coming over and My specialiaty tonight .... Fried Turkey with no oil !!! It came out great !!! and then Sissy said Cotton Mouth could come spend time !!! LOL!! so we put a Mag for the 1911 down range at night at some glow targets !!! and then a couple of tracer rounds !!!! and a couple of bowls of Gumbo !!! and that completes the night ...

Damn !! I didnt realize I stayed up that late !!! and No Neighbors complained !!! Guess they are immune to the noise !! or at least they like the big booms !!! LOL!!!
My Turkey was totaled !! Every one loved it ..and every one enjoyed them selves !!! Hope every one had a great Christmas eve and Christmas Day !!! |

 Just going next door to my mums ( she has her own separate house attached to ours) for our Christmas Meal.Roast leg of NZ Lamb, New and Roast Potatoes and veg. I opened a good bottle of 2009 Fronton red wine and we will have an Apple Crumble that I made and some Mince Pies. Finish with English Cheese and a nice Port wine........................I will then be 'stuffed' for 24 hours   |

Oh that Leg of Lamb sounds delicious !!! Have not had Mutton at my house in some time ..the first time was when I got rid of that woolly beast My Wife had as a pet !!! Worse than a Billy Goat !!! He was ..... Took 3 shots from Docs new .40 cal to the head before he went down !!
And Doc said He would never clean another Sheep !!! LOL!!! |
