side mounts

Now my question becomes.....whats the best sight, preferably express style, for this project ??
My thoughts are a single standing leaf with no more than two flip up leaves as I would not like to shoot more than 250 metres with this calibre....or my eyes!

......yes, the single standing with two folding, but unmarked so that I could regulate and mark them to the distance I wanted.

Thanks, but I think until I can find some mounts like the Gibbs, I'll stick with the open sights.
